Research direction
Start by reviewing PRs 106 and 112 together, since the issue says both upgrades must land in coordination. Check the repository's documentation build and confirm that the Astro v7 and Starlight 0.41 changes do not break the docs; done means the dependency upgrade is compatible and the documentation still builds.
