Description
We are using several URI types in our code, which is partly motivated by libraries making different choices, and partly by what was available in the olden times.
uri-bytestring is good in expressiveness of types and performance, and we should just use it everywhere.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points, so first inventory the URI types and their usages across the Haskell backend. Compare the current choices with uri-bytestring and define completion as consistent use of uri-bytestring wherever the issue's library constraints allow.
