Description

My question:
got this error:
run-services: Network.Socket.connect: <socket: 39>: does not exist (Connection refused)
when I try to run-services

Research direction

Start with the run-services command and the reported socket error on the stated Ubuntu and kernel environment. Check which local service it is trying to reach and compare the local build and run instructions. Done means documenting a reproducible cause and resolution for this setup.
