Issue description
When I try and install winter using the web installer, I can't get past the system check screen.
I have Herd installed and using PHP 8.4.
Steps to replicate
Download the WinterCMS Zip, https://wintercms.com/docs/v1.2/docs/setup/installation#web-based-installation, unzip and put into your sites folder. Then visit in the browser: websiteurl.test/installhtml.
