bug: cli sync with json option fails to pull apps

Description
Describe the bug
If you do a wmill sync pull --json you will not get windmill apps.
To reproduce
- Create a workspace that has scripts and apps.
- Use the cli to sync the workspace to a local folder (wmill sync pull)
- In a new folder, repeat using the json option (wmill sync pull --json)
- Observe that the app files did not get pulled when using the json option.
Expected behavior
All files from workspace would be synced with json option.
