Description
I've started working on incorporating https://github.com/zhaodice/qemu-anti-detection into the windows docker image.
However, I can't quite seem to get QEMU to compile inside docker.
See https://github.com/oskardotglobal/docker-qemu-anti-detection and https://github.com/oskardotglobal/docker-qemu-anti-detection/actions/runs/9178044026/job/25237029138

Research direction
Start by reviewing the qemu-anti-detection repository, the docker-qemu-anti-detection repository, and the linked GitHub Actions job to identify why QEMU does not compile in Docker. Done means incorporating the anti-detection work into the Windows Docker image with a successful QEMU build.
