CorelDRAW crashes on opening new document [solution]

What happened?

CorelDRAW crashes (only) if started seamless on opening a new document.

Step 1 (mitigates the problem):

Settings – Bluetooth & devices – Printers & scanners: turn off “Let Windows manage my default printer”

Step 2 (fixes the problem):

RDP_FLAGS="/cert:tofu /sound /microphone +home-drive /printer"

The PDF contains a detailed AI write up regarding the why and how. Consider this just for reference. It is based on the winapps sources and (as far as I can tell with limited knowledge) I would not consider this AI slop. After all, it fixed the problem.
