Description
When maximizing some applications the title bar of the application gets over the Top Bar and renders the window immovable.
I did notice that when maximizing the Office apps (Word, Excel and Powerpoint, haven't tested others), a white border appears around the window and that keeps it below the Top Bar.
I have tested other applications, like the Windows Explorer, and the border does not show up, it only happens with the Office Apps. I do not know why this happens, but it would be a very welcome addition to be able to add this type of border to other applications.
I do not have the knowledge and/or know-how in order to add the feature myself, but I'm open to help if I can!
Thanks!

Research direction
The payload names no files, tests, or entry points. First reproduce the maximized-window behavior with GNOME and the cited Office and Windows Explorer applications; completion would require a specified code location and verification that the top bar remains visible and the window remains movable.
