Description
During a demo of editing the Markdown-based account profiles, a question came up: "how do I know which short name I fill in my personal page to make the right community show up?" as these seemed to be shortnames. Maybe having these options as comment in the .md file or some other way visible would help if someone new wants to add themselves to one or more communities.

Research direction
Review the Markdown-based account profile .md files and how community short names are currently represented. Identify where a new contributor would look for the available community options, then make those choices visible in the profile workflow and verify that the guidance supports adding oneself to one or more communities.
