Description
Would it make sense to add URL as an acceptable reference type for the https://www.wikipathways.org/WikiPathwaysCurator/ReferencesTests/atLeastOneReference test? Adding it here, although maybe we should discuss this since a URL is quite different from DOI, ISBN and PubMed.
Many pathways (a lot of the yeast pathways at least) have only one reference for either YeastPathways or BioCyc.

Research direction
Start with the WikiPathwaysCurator/ReferencesTests/atLeastOneReference test named in the issue and review how DOI, ISBN, and PubMed references are currently handled. Determine whether URL should count as an acceptable reference type, then add coverage showing the intended behavior and confirm the existing reference checks still pass.
