Description

Is it possible to import custom css?

anywidget lets you set _css, but (as far as I can tell), setting that to a file doesn't seem to do anything?

I wanted to check if isn't supported, or isn't documented (and I'm possibly using it wrong..)

Research direction

Start by tracing how the _css setting is handled, especially when it is given a file, and check the existing anywidget integration. Determine whether file-based custom CSS is supported or whether the expected usage needs documentation; done means the behavior or limitation is clearly established.
