Hello.
I have been working with different sources to get the coordinates and hierarchy of different postalcodes in Spain. We are using Pelias for geocoding in our systems and need a complete data for postalcodes in Spain.
Now I have some postalcodes that have his data complete (using geonames, the requests to our systems and admin data from catastro in Spain). I would like to contribute in complete the info in wof with this data I have complete (with SQL queries over the sql postalcode-es data).
I also need to add some postalcodes that doesn't exists actually on wof postalcode data and would like to know how is the numerating system to asigna an id to the new postalcodes.
