Description
We can replace webpack.js.org when the following issues are complete, let's consider these our priority issues, with the remainder being things that can happen after we replace the current site:

Research direction
Review issues #96 and #152 first, then inventory the remaining TODO links and STUB markers in the repository. The work is complete when those priority issues are resolved, all TODO and STUB references are replaced, and webpack.js.org can be replaced as described.
