How can i view the WDIO Visual Reporter from AWS s3 bucket

Can I view the WDIO Visual Reporter from AWS s3 bucket, I want to upload the reporter folder to AWS and view it with the publish link, but it does not work.

I noticed that Opening path/to/report/index.html directly in a browser without serving it from a local server will NOT work.
