Description

**Title:** Question: Timeline for Native or Cross-Browser Support of Scoped Custom Elements

**Body:**

Hello,

I’m trying to understand the current and future support landscape for **Scoped Custom Elements**.

Specifically:

1. Is there any known timeline for when Scoped Custom Elements will be natively available across all major browsers?
2. Beyond this polyfill, are there any production-ready implementations or approaches that work consistently across all browsers today?
3. Are there recommended patterns for teams that want scoped registries behavior in fully cross-browser environments?

This is not a bug report — I’m looking for guidance on long-term viability and cross-browser strategy before adopting this in a production environment.

Any insights into roadmap, standardization status, or real-world cross-browser usage would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
