Description
Description
Element Scoped View Transitions extends same document view transitions (a.k.a document.startViewTransition) to work on element subtrees (i.e. element.startViewTransition). The transition is limited to that subtree. This also allows multiple transitions to run in independent scopes.

Additional Signals
This is a natural extension to ViewTransitions which is in the interop 2026 focus area.
