Dedicated hotkey window: Add option to not be on top of other windows

I'm used to using Yakuake/Guake as a dropdown terminal. I like the option Dedicated hotkey window that emulates a drop-down terminal, but I don't want it to be always on top of other windows. I would like it to lose focus (not hide, but lose focus) when I ALT+TAB or open a different window.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I know I can use Show/hide all windows instead, but then I lose the option to set the window size vertically/horizontally. Because of that every time I launch Warp I need to set up the window size, or I need to set a special window rule that always opens the window in the same position, but then I cannot set this up for different monitor resolutions (my desktop screen and the laptop screen).

Having an additional option Stay on top of other windows which can be unchecked once you select Dedicated hotkey window would solve this problem fully.

Verify that an unchecked option lets the window lose focus when switching windows while preserving its configured size and position across monitors; test the behavior with ALT+TAB and a second display.
