Describe the bug

Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS (Codename: jammy) . laptop is a Lenovo ThinkPad P14s Gen 4 with the model number 21HGS1E500.

Doing clear two times on a new terminal pops the clear command out of the terminal on top of the widow tab, after doing a regular command after "clearing" it pops the clear commands down and it is like it did not clear at all.

To reproduce

When you open a new terminal session then do clear for the first time it wont clear it goes to the next line, then after doing clear again it clears but the clear command text is shown on top of the terminal bar until i type the next clear command and it disappear but then if i type again clear it will again appear on the widow tab. if i do a standart command it will pop the last commands i did like it never cleared from the beginning. i think that there are several bugs here but this is the flow.

Expected behavior

when i do clear i want it to clear the screen, the command popping out of the terminal to the tab is annoying and also if i do a normal command why is it showing me the last commands and going down? it is also not good.

Done means repeated clear commands remove the prior display, do not appear in the tab, and a later command does not restore old content.
