SSH broken on fish shell

Describe the bug

Fish raises an error as its command line is incompatible with warp's wrapper:

ssh myservrobert

2. try to ssh anywhere

Yes, this I confirmed this only happens in Warp, not other terminals.

Reproduce the issue by running fish 3.7.1 on Arch Linux in Warp and invoking ssh, then inspect the SSH shell wrapper that emits the shown bash-style assignment. Done means ssh reaches the remote system prompt without a fish syntax error; compare behavior when Warp is started from bash.
