Shortcut "^ + Command" not possible on german Keyboard

Describe the bug

When setting shortcuts it is not possible to use the Circumflex key.
Testing around "shift + circumflex(above Tabkey) + command" works but not if I don't use shift.

To reproduce

1. open Settings:
2. select Features
3. edit global hotkey keybinding
   try to set it to Circumflex + Command

Expected behavior

accept the shortcut command + circumflex

Yes, this I confirmed this only happens in Warp, not other terminals.

Reproduce the shortcut flow through Settings > Features > global hotkey keybinding on macOS with a German keyboard, comparing circumflex + Command with Shift + circumflex + Command. Start by tracing the shortcut handling for the circumflex key and verify behavior against another terminal. Done means Command + circumflex is accepted and registered without Shift.
