Problem drag and dropping folders inside other folders

Describe the bug

I can drag and drop one folder inside another one, but can't drag and drop two.

To reproduce

When you try to drag drop a second folder into a main folder it goes always inside the first dropped folder, not into the main. If I try drag and drop the just added second folder into the main folder, it continues inside the first dropped folder.

Expected behavior

Expected it behaves as any folder explorer manager, like find, explorer, files, etc...

Yes, this I confirmed this only happens in Warp, not other terminals.

Start by reproducing the folder drag-and-drop behavior on macOS 14.1.1 using the reported Warp version, then trace the folder explorer's drop handling. Done means two folders dragged into the same main folder remain siblings rather than nesting inside the first dropped folder.
