An additional prompt for Julia Projects.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After looking at the available prompts I noticed that only `condaenv` and `pyenv` are available, and it seems that support for creating my custom prompt is not possible, hence the this request to consider this use case.
Reference on how working with environments looks like in Julia, maybe is informative.
