Describe the solution you'd like?
Right now the only way to open a link from the terminal is to `cmd` + `click`. I think it would be useful to also alow opening the link from the context menu by just adding a "Open Url" option.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes I'm working single handed and I can't open the links in the terminal.
