Describe the solution you'd like?
When opening the terminal from vscode using the shortcut `⌘⇧C`, it will re-open the same directory, but in a new tab.
I think it should open up the same session that I was just in. I usually do not want to make a new tab, and if I do, opening it up with `⌘T` would be easy to do (after getting to the window with `⌘⇧C`.
thank you

Research direction
Start by reproducing the ⌘⇧C shortcut when opening Warp from VS Code on macOS, then trace how the related terminal session and new tab are selected. Done means the shortcut reopens the existing session in its current tab rather than creating a new tab, while ⌘T remains available for opening one.
