Describe the solution you'd like?
The new feature to generate a custom theme based on an image is really cool. However, many of us already have a background image indirectly via applying transparency in Warp to make our OS desktop wallpaper visible.

It would be nice if we could generate custom theme colors (including text/syntax) from an image without also making that image the background of the resultant custom theme.

Thanks in advance for your consideration and for the great product!

Research direction

Start by locating Warp's existing image-based custom theme flow and how it applies the source image as a background. The feature is done when an image can generate custom theme colors, including text and syntax colors, without requiring that image to become the theme background.
