Research direction

Start by locating the Input position setting and the Warp AI interface in the desktop application, then reproduce the behavior on macOS 13.2.1 with "Pin to the top" selected. Done means Warp AI places its input at the top consistently with the setting; the issue names no files or tests to guide further investigation.
