Describe the bug

This might be similar to #2965 but since this Neovim, I figured I'd open a new one. When I am in neovim with a file that goes beyond the edges of the terminal and I use the mouse to scroll, Warp doesn't keep the top of the file in line with the top of the window. Instead, I scroll to the top, and as soon as I let go of f the mouse/scroll wheel, the file bumps down 5-7 lines, hiding the top of the file.

If I use my keyboard (which I should be doing... it's neovim!) to navigate to the top, it works as expected. I've attached a screen recording to the bottom section.

To Reproduce
  1. Open Warp
  2. Open file in Neovim with more lines than will fit on the screen
  3. Scroll down so at least the top 5 lines are no longer in the view area
  4. Scroll back up to see the very first line
  5. Let go of mouse
Expected behavior

When scrolling with a mouse, for Warp to leave the file where it is when I let go of the mouse and not alter anything.
