Research direction
Start by reproducing the SSH flow on macOS or Linux with two-factor authentication, then compare Warp's behavior with iTerm2 after the push is accepted. Done means authentication completes once, no repeated notifications occur, and the remote session remains usable.

Describe the solution you'd like?
My work environment 2-factors everyone when attempting to connect to Linux servers over SSH on our VPN. I'm on a x86 MB Pro and the process works well in iTerm2. I enter my uid/password and receive a 2-Factor push notification on my phone. I accept the push and my remote session is normal.
With Warp, after I enter uid/password I receive a 2-F notification, accept it, but I get a stream of notifications after that. The behavior acts as if Warp is continually reconnecting to the ssh server.
I love Warp and am hoping to be able to use it at work!
