show setup wizard again if aborted

If i abort the setup wizard and start the app again, if behaves crazy.

1. install app freshly
2. when you see the setup wizard, exit the app through going to the home screen or the like
3. do something
3. resume the wallabag app
4. see the popup "new parameters detected", which is not really true cause i have never entered paramters so far
5. click ok in the popup "new parameters detected"
6. Get the "failed" "unknown error" popup

Maybe we can detect, that the app has not yet been configured and restart/continue setup wizward.
It is strange that the app detects that the parameters should have changed although they haven't…

Done means an aborted first-run setup can be resumed or restarted without reporting changed parameters or an unknown error.
