Vertical scrollbar no longer visible in app, either article or list screens.

This is occurring on both my Pixel 7a and Onyx Boox Poke 3.

Current situation: When scrolling through the article list or when reading an article, the vertical scrollbar is no longer visible.

Expected situation: When scrolling, a scrollbar on the right hand side would become visible, showing your current location in the area, either list or article.

(This had been visible recently, so perhaps it accidentally got removed during an update?)

Also, the prior behaviour showed the vertical scrollbar when opening the article or when scrolling, but not constantly. This seems to match most vertical scrollbar behaviour, but noted here to provide maximum detail about the prior experience!

**Also of note:** This scrollbar provides some usability when reading long articles! Seeing the relative length of the scollbar and your position in the document helps understand how far you have progressed and how far left to go. For very long articles, this can be particularly helpful when deciding to spend five more minutes finishing off an article!
