Text To Speech: fine-tuning

I like the TTS functionality for getting through the backlog of articles more quickly; however, I would like more granular control over which parts of the article are read aloud, as currently, everything is read.

It would be great to have individual settings for this in the TTS section.

For example
- I would like to be able to disable meta-information, as it offers no added value for me during playback.
- The articles are assigned a generic image with an alt attribute, so I would also like to be able to disable the image alt attributes.

- Date
- Author
- Reading time
- Tag's
- img alt attribute
