Use internal PHP to parse post data

From what I understand, we can use the stream from the event lib.
But you know it better, to clarify if it's possible. Not only in Adapterman but useful with other cli apps.

Almost we can start a discussion with the PHP devs, to open more internal functions to the CLI-SAPI.
