Description
Using a condition with plenty of signatures (i.e. at least 30), conduct a basic analysis of those signatures using the methods established in the other vignettes. This should include:
- Downloading the data from BugSigDB
- Filtering of the data to select relevant signatures and remove similar/duplicate signatures
- Description of the studies
- Description of the taxa
- Basic statistical tests
- Monte Carlo simulation to calculate critical N
- Heatmaps and dendrograms
Do not reinvent the wheel! Use existing functions in bugSigSimple and draw heavily on previously written vignettes.
