Description
Following the method of the bioconductor/ai-agent-protocols no-code GitHub Pages dashboard, we need a searchable frontend for the federated protocols. This will provide a user-friendly interface to browse, search, and discover protocols across the federation without needing to read the raw PROTOCOLS.yaml index.
