Why isnt it possible to get to the german translation?

Hi.
why is there a redirect to the english translation when i chose the german one in the dropdown on this page.
https://guide.wagtail.org/en-6.4.x/releases/new-in-wagtail-6-4/
it is not possible anywhere to get to the german translation. i would love to support you with this.
