Description
I was hoping to link to the Wagtail user guide to show someone how to reorder pages from without a page listing but I don't see a section on that on https://guide.wagtail.org/en-latest/how-to-guides/manage-pages/ I would love to see that added.

Research direction
Start with the manage-pages section at the guide URL in the issue and check how its existing instructions are organized. Add guidance explaining how to reorder pages from the page tree, then verify that the published guide clearly covers the requested workflow and can be linked by users.
