Description

Right now webdrivers does not give opportunity to handle PUSH notifications. As there was mentioned that it might need to be suggested to w3c group to add this part to specifications to get that implemented I am adding here as an issue.

Problem shows that as here is not specifications for browser PUSH notifications for webdrivers than they are not implemented and it is not possible to test PUSH notifications with selenium.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the issue's discussion about the absence of WebDriver specifications for browser PUSH notifications and the suggestion to take the request to the W3C group. No implementation files, tests, or concrete protocol changes are identified; done would require an agreed specification and a defined path for supporting PUSH notification testing.
