Description

I haven't been able to understand this by reading the specs, looking online sending actions to the chromedriver.

What is the pointerCancel action used for exactly? When would you perform such an action in a tick?

Research direction

Start with the WebDriver specification's pointer actions and pointerCancel definitions, then compare them with the chromedriver actions mentioned in the report. Clarify when pointerCancel is performed within a tick and what effect it has; done when the specification provides a clear explanation of its purpose and usage.
