Description

We should test importing RSA keys with OID id-RSASSA-PSS or id-RSAES-OAEP, and ECDH keys with OID id-ecDH; both well-formed and malformed cases (e.g. RSA keys with these OIDs with missing or malformed paramers, as in #297).

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named in the issue. Start by locating the existing SPKI and PKCS8 import tests and the OID handling they exercise, then verify coverage for RSA id-RSASSA-PSS, RSAES-OAEP, and ECDH id-ecDH with both valid and malformed parameters.
