Description

Can we call it "srgb"?

In general, all over there's places where we have e.g. "bt470bg" // bt601 pal.
This is generally a good indication to consider renaming to "bt601-pal" or (preferably) "bt601-625".

Research direction

Start by locating VideoTransferCharacteristics and the bt470bg identifier in the WebCodecs specification. Review the other examples mentioned in the issue, then confirm that the relevant color-transfer names use clearer terminology consistently; done means the requested names and related aliases are updated without leaving the old unhelpful references in scope.
