Description

The AB has expressed that they consider their Team contact to be an AB participant, and understands that the TAG already operates in this way. Also, if the AB or TAG chair is selected from outside the group, the process should be clear that they are a group participant.

Research direction

Start by reading the W3C Process Document and locate the sections describing AB and TAG participants, team contacts, and chair selection. Update the process wording so it clearly states when team contacts and chairs from outside the group count as participants, then verify that both AB and TAG are covered consistently.
