Description

Following on to #142 and #227, it seems to me that we should update the privacy bits to mention the addition of <a> and integration with the sanitizer. There's also more work to do to get the IDL/references right. @lukewarlow has gotten https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/links.html#api-for-hyperlink-elements merged to start.

Research direction

Start by reading issues #142 and #227, then review the links section of the MathML Core draft and the merged hyperlink-elements API section. Identify the privacy, sanitizer integration, and IDL/reference updates required; the work is done when those specification details are consistent and complete.
