Should improve wording in "4.2 New text-transform values"

Near the start of 4.2, there is the sentence
On text nodes containing a unique character, math-auto has the same effect as math-italic, otherwise it has no effects.
"unique" is not the right noun to use. "single character" is better, but there is probably a more formal Unicode phrase because normalization can change the number of characters... and maybe "character" is not proper Unicode also.
Also, I believe "effects" should be singular: "effect". Someone with more grammar chops should verify this.
