Description
Group agrees that removing the v1.0 to v1.1 delta from the upcoming v1.2 document makes sense. JSON-LD specs would continue to track changelogs between their most previous published edition.

We should reinstate these change classes, but relate them to the v1.1 specification--moving the baseline up to v1.1.
