Description

https://github.com/w3c/html-ruby/blob/main/explainers/ruby-tts.md

It would be useful to add a "Stakeholder Feedback" section to collect feedback from implementors and other stakeholders that have publicly stated positions on this, with links.

Research direction

Open explainers/ruby-tts.md and review its existing structure and discussion of the proposal. Research publicly stated positions from implementors and other stakeholders, then add a linked Stakeholder Feedback section that accurately collects them. Done means the explainer includes the new section and links for the cited feedback.
