Description
e.g. https://github.com/w3c/groups/blob/4d3b421c4ff65c713dfad546f4b678f858455784/cg/wintercg/repositories.json exists, but neither https://github.com/w3c/groups/blob/4d3b421c4ff65c713dfad546f4b678f858455784/repositories.json nor https://github.com/w3c/groups/blob/4d3b421c4ff65c713dfad546f4b678f858455784/all-repositories.json contain the WinterCG ones.
Presumably this is ultimately due to https://github.com/w3c/w3c-api/issues/68?
