Start with the CSS Namespaces specification and inspect how the qname and wqname productions are currently represented. Compare their references in Selectors and attr() with the valdef grammar usage; the work is done when the namespace draft defines q-name and wq-name for those references.

Description
Previously Selectors and attr() were able to reference the qname and wqname productions, but since we moved to using valdef grammars, they've had to inline these definitions. Namespaces should get an editorial update to introduce these terms so they can be referenced appropriately.
