Description

font-language-override is only implemented by one engine, and has been at risk for a long time.

Philosophically, there shouldn't be two places authors can specify language to get correct text shaping.

We should remove font-language-override from the spec.

Research direction

Start with the linked font-language-override definition in the CSS Fonts specification, then search the css-fonts-5 draft for its definition and references. Done means the property and its specification references are removed consistently, with the draft still building cleanly.
