Description
We seem to have lost the Syriac numbering style somewhere along the way, and I couldn't find any discussion about it. Dropping an issue here to track it, in case this is something that needs to be addressed either in css-counter-styles or the i18n Ready-Made Counter Styles note.

Research direction
Start with the linked CSS3 Lists Syriac section and the two www-style archive messages, then compare them with the current css-counter-styles and i18n Ready-Made Counter Styles note. Determine which document should address the missing Syriac numbering style; done means the appropriate specification or note contains the resolved style.
