Values and Interactions

Need to audit and synchronize the Values and Interactions text across the modules. (This text describes the interaction of the various modules, and for modules that introduce properties, their interaction with css-values.)

It might also make sense to combine the two subsections. They're short and not very interesting to people already familiar with the CSS specs (though fairly important for readers unfamiliar with CSS or its modularization system).
